Petit Étalon is a fresher, more approachable expression of the estate’s Cabernet Sauvignon, produced in vintages that naturally favor this style. Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, it is crafted with the same care and attention as every Étalon wine, with an emphasis on fruit, freshness, and varietal character.

Designed for earlier enjoyment, it offers an expressive, well-balanced palate. Each vintage retains its own character, ranging from delicate and fruit-driven to more spicy and structured.

Pairs well with charcuterie, grilled meats, roast chicken, pasta, pizza, and semi-aged cheeses.
