Elegant and beautifully textured, revealing layers of ripe berries, refined spice, subtle green bell pepper notes, and a remarkably long, harmonious finish.

Pairs well with prime beef, venison, rack of lamb, truffle dishes, wild mushrooms, and mature hard cheeses.
